From Flight Nurse to Adult Entertainer…
I had worked in the medical field for over 20 years & I loved my job. At the end of my 24-hour shift, my boss asked me to report to headquarters at 11 AM (on my day off). Not only was I exhausted from flying all night, but I had a very important meeting scheduled for 1 PM - I was completing my Naturalization Interview!
What I did on my own time in my personal life, was my own business… Or so I thought!
I was given verbal and written Notification of Termination “based on a number of factors”. My boss verbally eluded to some personal conduct issues (of which I had none) and the letter stated that my “performance and/or conduct does not meet acceptable standards” and as a result, my “employment as an employee is terminated effective Sept 19, 2023.”
